Age
The Client must be at least 18 years of age to obtain our
service.
Billing Policy
All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. All International
clients must pay by PayPal or International Money Order. Customers
with accounts set up on a periodic credit card billing plan
must keep credit card information current. It is the customers'
responsibility to inform Futuras on changes in credit card
type, e-mail address or expiration date to their credit card.
Credit card accounts are billed once monthly, quarterly, or
yearly, depending on your billing cycle. If your credit card
is declined you will have seven days to make payment, after
these seven days, your account will be placed on hold until
services are paid for. All accounts paying by check have 28
days to send in payment. After the 28-day mark, all accounts
will be placed on hold until payment is received. There is
a $5.00 credit card resubmission fee if your credit card is
declined. Futuras charges a $25.00 return check fee on all
returned checks.
NOTE: All accounts billed to a credit card are automatically
renewed unless canceled prior to the renewal date. This applies
to all monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounts.
Billing Term
After the initial thirty days of service, each customer is
committed to the remaining time on the service they purchased
and no refunds will be given. Futuras does not require that
you finish off each term and you are free to close your account
at anytime without any additional charges or fees. However,
Futuras will not pro-rate any return for unused service. For
example, if you have an account that you are paying for monthly
and you decide to close it a few days after your last payment,
you will not be issued any refund, whether in full or pro-rated.
By using Futuras Technologies, LLC, you understand and agree
to this billing term. You also understand that while no refund
will be issued, you are always free to keep your account open
for the full amount of time you have paid for.
Termination of Service
Either Client or Futuras Technologies, LLC may terminate
service at any time. Client's only right and sole remedy with
respect to any dissatisfaction with any of Futuras's policies
or practices, fees, billing methods, etc. is terminating service.
All account terminations must be done through our Billing
and Support Panel located at https://secure.ftllc.net/billing/
. Once your logged in submit a trouble ticket with your request
for termination. E-mail requests and phone calls will not
constitute acceptance of termination. You will receive a confirmation
upon the termination of your account which should be stored
for your records.
Account Holder Privacy
The Internet is an open and insecure means of digital communication.
Any form of digital information that an account holder or
an account holder's authorized users transmits over the Internet
is susceptible to interception and/or alteration. Subject
to the Futuras Privacy
Policy, Futuras makes no guarantees regarding, and assumes
no liability for, the security and integrity of any digital
information an account holder transmits via the Network or
over the Internet, including digital information transmitted
via any server or application designated by Futuras or any
other party as "secure."
TOS Modifications
Futuras reserves the right to modify this TOS at any time
without prior notice. When appropriate and/or necessary, Futuras
will attempt to notify account holders of any such modifications,
either with e-mail or by posting a revised copy of this AUP
in this location on our website.
Restrictions on Use of Account
It is the account holder's responsibility to keep their password
secure. An account holder may not share their password or
user account with any other party. An account holder may not
resell or lease the Network or any portion thereof. An account
holder may not logon to more than one user session at a time.
Transfer of Account
An account holder may not transfer their account to another
person, company, or corporation without prior written consent
from Futuras.
Limitation of Liability
Futuras Technologies, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including
but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business or business
opportunites, loss of use, etc., even if advised of the possibility
of such damages. Futuras Technologies, LLC shall not be liable
for any direct or actual damages, except to the extent specified
in a written or electronic agreement entered into between
Futuras Technologies, LLC and its account holders. Futuras
Technologies, LLC makes no warranties or representations herein,
either express or implied, concerning the Futuras Network,
and expressly disclaims warranties of fitness for a particular
use or purpose, the warranty of merchantability and any other
warranty implied by law.
